In 2014, we decided to step away from the hustle and bustle of city life and settle in the tranquil village of Yeşilüzümlü in Fethiye. In this village, we discovered an old stone building that inspired us to turn our dreams into reality. What began as a hobby evolved into a professional journey in this very building.

In the summer of 2015, after an extensive restoration, we opened our doors as a small café and roastery. With carefully selected coffee beans and our unique roasting techniques, we served our guests with passion. Our love for coffee and distinct approach quickly garnered attention, contributing to the development of the specialty coffee culture in Fethiye.

As interest and demand grew, we decided in 2018 to shift our focus entirely to coffee roasting and production, discontinuing our café service. With the investment in a larger roasting machine, we increased our production capacity, catering to the coffee needs of hotels, cafés, and restaurants.

​

We reflect our vision of coffee as a medium of communication in every detail. From pairing your coffee moments with curated Spotify playlists to wrapping retail coffee packages in Loft magazine and using recyclable mailers, we combine aesthetics with eco-consciousness. For us, every detail is part of the connection coffee fosters.
