Choosing to move to Fethiye's village Yeşilüzümlü in 2014, Cansu and Can decided to buy the stone building they liked while visiting the village that winter and to turn the coffee they make as a hobby at home into a profession in this place.

The building underwent an extensive restoration and in the summer of 2015, it started to serve as a café and roastery. They pioneered the indtoduction of specialty coffee to Fethiye, and their roasting style was so popular that they closed the doors of the café in the summer of 2018, had to end the café service in order to spend more time on roasting coffee, and had to turn the building into a workshop and office only.

Afterwards, they bought a new roaster and enlarged the production line and alongside specialty beans they started to supply commercial coffee for hotels, cafes and restaurants that continued to use commercial coffee.

Together with Egemen and Atahan, who joined them in 2023, they continue this adventure with the enthusiasm of doing what they love.
